Muscle Relaxing Injections
Muscle relaxing treatment is a reversible freezing or paralysing of the muscles, often referred to generically as Botox™ . It’s suitable for treating facial lines caused by the action of the muscles under the skin.
By targeting muscles with no significant function, on the forehead for example, their movement is restricted or stopped in the treated area – whilst untreated muscles continue to funtion normally allowing normal facial expressions to be unaffected.
Hyperhydrosis
Hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating) can also be treated using muscle relaxing injections. The injections work by blocking the release of the chemicals that stimulate overactive sweat glands.
